Grassroots Action Network

NPA developed a Grassroots Action Network to expand its political activity across the country. In these tough times, Congress or state governments may be addressing issues important to NPA members-issues we'll need to respond to. When that happens, our grassroots network will be a significant resource for taking action on short notice.

NPA understands that a strong grassroots community is not only connected to the association, but to each other. To this end, NPA established its Grassroots Action Network as an online group on LinkedIn. An infrastructure of meaningful business connections, LinkedIn makes it easier than ever for the association to, for example, alert its network to town hall meetings that might be taking place, so state and district captains can organize a delegation. Or, it could facilitate the organization of a facility visit for a particularly influential legislator. LinkedIn's power of connectivity works, therefore, to build the network of political advocates and make quick effective activity among them possible.
